President and CEO, Otis
In her 35 years in industry, Judy Marks has witnessed technological advances while applying emerging and mature technologies in a way that benefits society. As President and CEO of Otis, Judy is leading the iconic company through a digital and cultural transformation.
Today, Otis is taking its deep knowledge of the hoistway and using it to create digital solutions that serve customers’ needs in an era of intelligent buildings. This includes IoT-based service solutions with proactive data analytics for predictive maintenance; advanced video analytics and dispatching systems to manage varying traffic patterns; and a new generation of elevators that are connected, smarter, data rich, safer, and more efficient and comfortable than ever.
“We are living in revolutionary times as the world is digitally transforming,” she says. “Our 68,000 colleagues are on a journey together into the future. We’re continuing to innovate, to find new business models, to serve customers with excellence and to disrupt ourselves to become an end-to-end enabler of global passenger mobility.”
Judy has held senior leadership roles at three global icons – IBM, Lockheed Martin and Siemens AG. She was serving as CEO of both Siemens USA and Dresser-Rand, a Siemens business, when appointed President of Otis in 2017.
She built her career on a host of challenging assignments, creating solutions for both global customers and government entities. A self-described technology zealot, Judy applies digital technologies and actively uses social media to amplify the reach of her messages. For Judy, leadership is about creating a sense of mission among employees.
“People make a decision every day about what kind of work they’re going to do,” she says. “That’s what I love about Otis people – they know that what we do matters. Across 200 countries and territories, we service 2 million units and touch 2 billion people every day to keep the world moving.”
Judy serves as a Director of Hubbell Inc. She earned a degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University.
In 2017, Judy was named to the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology and received the Excellence in Leadership Award from the International Society of Automation.
President, Otis Americas
Tom is responsible for the continued growth and development of the Otis business in North and South America, and for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction throughout the region. He’s deeply committed to his teams and his role in developing the next generation of diverse thinkers that will keep Otis at the forefront of digital applications and solutions.
Tom was named President, Otis Americas in 2014 and is based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. During his three decades with the company, he has held nearly every customer-facing role within the organization.
Earlier in his career, Tom progressed through various positions of increasing responsibility in North America, from service and new equipment sales to branch and regional general management roles, before being promoted to Vice President, Field Operations for Otis North and South America. In 2009, Tom moved to Asia, where he was named Area Director for Hong Kong and Taiwan. He subsequently served as President, Otis Elevator Korea, and then as President, Otis China.
Tom is currently serving a term as President of the Board of Directors for National Elevator Industry, Inc., the leading trade association representing the global leaders in the building transportation industry.
He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and economics from Duke University, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.
President, Otis Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA)
As President, Otis EMEA, Mark is responsible for all aspects of the regional business’ service, installation, modernization and operations, with particular focus on safety, customer service and growth. He is based in Paris, France.
EMEA is a region comprised of 26,000 employees throughout 43 countries, giving Mark and his team a true opportunity to take advantage of our talent, resources and scale to meet the diverse needs of our customers and passengers throughout the region.
Mark began his career working in engineering consulting and construction engineering projects, later taking a role at the Southern Company to focus on project management for the commercial, industrial and municipal energy sectors. Mark joined Otis from Eaton Corporation where he was a corporate officer and served as Group President, Electrical Products. Prior to Eaton Corporation, Mark held a series of strategy and general management executive roles at Cooper Industries, including President of Cooper Lighting, before its eventual sale to Eaton Corporation in 2012.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Florida, a Master of Business Administration from Emory University, and is registered Professional Engineer (P.E.).
President, Otis Asia Pacific
Stéphane de Montlivault is President, Otis Asia Pacific. He is responsible for all Otis business in Asia Pacific, excluding China. Prior to his current role, he held dual executive positions as President, Northeast Asia and President of Nippon Otis Elevator Company.
Stéphane started his career at Otis North America in 1984 where he held several positions in sales, procurement strategy, and finance. In 1989, he relocated from New York to Singapore where he was responsible for financial planning and analysis for the Pacific Asia Operations.
Since his first appointment to the then Otis Pacific Asia Operations in 1989, Stéphane has held country and regional leadership positions spanning the North and South Asia regions. He has been active in the development of Otis business in Asia Pacific and currently is responsible for Otis’s operations covering 25 countries in the region.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from ESDE (Paris) and a Master of Business Administration in marketing and management from the University of Hartford, Connecticut.
President, Otis China
Otis has a long and proud history in China – dating back more than 130 years. Today, the region is marked by rapid urbanization and the rise of the digital era granting Otis new and ongoing opportunities to deliver innovative solutions to its customers.
As President of Otis China, Perry is responsible for evaluating and responding to these market dynamics to ensure continued growth and development of the Otis business in China. Based in Shanghai, he leads his teams to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and ensure the safe, comfortable and reliable riding experience they have come to expect from Otis.
Perry brings more than two decades of experience at Otis to this role, having held influential positions in manufacturing, supply chain, strategy & business development, and managing director in both Otis China and at Otis World Headquarters in the United States. He also served as President of United Technologies Corporation’s Building & Industrial Systems in 2014.
Prior to joining Otis, Perry held engineering and engineering management roles in Asia Pacific Pulp and Paper Group in Indonesia, and the Hangzhou Auto Factory in China.
Perry holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
Chief Financial Officer
Rahul has expertise across all financial functions including investor relations, FP&A, internal audit, tax and treasury. As CFO, he understands the needs and expectations of the investor community and plays a vital role in shaping our company strategy, driving capital allocation, communicating our value to external stakeholders, and operating an efficient, effective and compliant finance organization.
Before joining Otis, Rahul served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Harris Corporation. During his tenure as Harris CFO, the company produced double digit earnings growth annually and delivered stock price appreciation that well outpaced the S&P 500. Prior to Harris, Rahul held several executive-level finance roles at Aetna and United Technologies.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University and an MBA from Purdue University.
Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Laurie is passionate about building a world-class team and a people-first culture that will play a vital role in shaping Otis for the future.

Laurie has more than two decades of experience working across all human resources functions including talent development, benefits, labor and employee relations, and diversity and inclusion. Before joining Otis, Laurie served as Corporate Vice President of Talent and HR at United Technologies Corporation (UTC) where together with her team, she transformed and modernized the company’s talent agenda and priorities. She championed technology and new ways of thinking to create industry-leading practices in engagement, recruitment and performance. Laurie also held CHRO roles within UTC and at Aetna.
Laurie holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a Juris Doctor, both from the University of Connecticut.
Vice President and General Counsel

As Vice President and General Counsel for Otis, Nora is a champion for doing the right thing. She leads our Legal, Compliance, Business Development and Environment Health & Safety functions, and focuses each day on upholding the reputation and integrity of our products, services and relationships.
Nora has spent the past two decades with United Technologies Corporation. During that time, she held several roles of increasing responsibility – starting as Assistant Counsel for Otis North and South America, and later serving as Vice President and General Counsel for both UTC Building & Industrial Systems and UTC Climate Controls & Security.
“I reflect upon my first Otis job a lot – working as a lawyer supporting branches in the southeast U.S. exposed me to the reality of how we succeed – our teams take pride in servicing individual customers and meeting their diverse needs,” says Nora.
Nora holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and political science from the University of California-San Diego, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame.
Senior Vice President, Operations
Todd is a proven change agent who has spent more than 25 years working with recognized leaders in the technology, manufacturing and consulting industries. As Senior Vice President, Operations, Todd leads an integrated Operations function that supports growth through world-class quality, delivery and cost competitiveness. He is focused on identifying innovative ways to optimize our global manufacturing capacity, and to seamlessly integrate sourcing and supply chain decisions early in the product development cycle. Todd is also responsible for Corporate Real Estate.
Prior to joining Otis, Todd served as Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Purchasing and Logistics at Lear Corporation. He also held multiple executive positions at Dell Technologies, including senior leadership roles in Singapore as the company’s Executive Director for Global Procurement & Operations Engineering, and later as Executive Director of Global Supply Chain – leading both the design and execution of Dell’s internal and external manufacturing footprint optimization. Early in his career, Todd spent time with the global consulting firm McKinsey & Company, and with Ford Motor Company.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, and two master’s degrees from the University of Michigan: a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering and an MBA.
Vice President, Transformation and Chief Digital Officer
Throughout his distinguished career, Neil Green has demonstrated a passion for technology and applying novel innovations to drive market disruption. As Vice President, Transformation and Chief Digital Officer, Neil leads the global Digital Technology function, responsible for the development of the company’s innovative digital business models and strategic partnerships with external partners.
Prior to joining Otis, Neil spent 24 years at Intel Corporation, where he was at the forefront of Intel’s growth from a CPU and PC-centric company to a systems and data-centric company. He most recently served as President and General Manager of Intel’s business with the U.S. Government. Previously, Neil held leadership positions in operations, product strategy, and sales. His experience spans business and initiatives across North and South America, Europe and Asia.
Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Management of Technology from The Wharton School of Business and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
Vice President, Communications
The way we communicate and engage with our customers, passengers and employees is rapidly evolving, with audiences receiving information in new ways and at all times. Randi is leading the global communications function for Otis, helping to navigate this new landscape with clear, effective and consistent strategic communication across the global organization, and with external audiences; our customers, partners and fans.
Randi joined the company in June 2018 and is a member of the Otis Executive Committee, reporting directly to Otis President Judy Marks.
Prior to joining Otis, Randi spent more than a decade at FleishmanHillard where she successfully managed communications and public relations for large, inter-disciplinary global businesses and led high-performing teams for clients including Bose, Autodesk and Booz Allen Hamilton. Prior to FleishmanHillard, she held several roles at CBS television working as a director, producer and writer for nightly newscasts, interview-style programming and other special events.
Randi’s breadth of communications experience, coupled with her multi-industry exposure serve as the foundation for creative, impactful storytelling – ultimately shaping the Otis narrative to win the hearts and minds of the employees, customers and two billion passengers we move every day.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Emory University.
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
As people flock to cities at a rapid pace, the world’s urban landscapes are transforming. Today’s buildings are taller and our communities are denser than ever. At the same time, technology advancements are resetting our expectations for speed and personalization.
“This intersection of urbanization and the digital revolution is changing the way we work, live and play,” she says.
Robin has nearly 30 years of Otis experience serving in both regional and global roles. She has led critical transformations, including product and service innovations such as the launch of the flagship Gen2® elevator. She has also held a variety of positions of progressively expanding responsibility that have given her unique perspectives on delivering customer value throughout the entire lifecycle of our products.
As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Robin leads our global teams to develop innovative market-leading products and services for our Otis customers. Her team partners closely with the Engineering, Operations and Product Management organizations, helping to set critical sales strategy, drive sales effectiveness, and inform decisions around the company’s product strategy roadmap and full product lifecycle offerings.
A tireless advocate for developing women, Robin is a recipient of the YWCA Women Achievers award.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Union College and an MBA from Fordham University.
Vice President, Product Management
Chris is a growth leader who has more than 25 years of experience in commercial, strategic planning and operational leadership roles. As Vice President, Product Management, Chris leads the organization responsible for our product strategy roadmap and offerings. His goal is to enhance the value of our full lifecycle products and services for customers – from design and development, to sales and installation, to maintenance and modernization.
Chris has proven experience building global Product Management functions, establishing new operating models, implementing digital and IoT strategies, and leading large-scale transformations. Prior to joining Otis, Chris served as Corporate Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Tyco International. While at Tyco, he led the transformation from a traditional fire & security business to a smart building solution provider, as well as the successful spin out the fire & security business to an independent public company.
Earlier in Chris’ career, he held commercial and operational leadership roles of increasing responsibility at General Electric. He began his career leading start-ups in the software and systems integration industry.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Cornell University.
Vice President, Engineering

As Vice President of Engineering, Ricardo leads the global Engineering function in developing innovative technologies and high-quality products that meet these new, growing demands and will help drive the future of Otis. He’s focused on connecting the global engineering organization with the field, IT, product management, marketing and supply chain functions to best leverage our multi-discipline expertise and deliver innovative, high-value products and solutions for our customers.
Ricardo brings nearly two decades of experience at United Technologies Corporation (UTC) to his Otis role. He previously spent several years in Shanghai leading engineering for Otis China – notably, progressing the development of platforms to harmonize products in that region and establishing our Shanghai Lead Design Center. Before joining Otis, Ricardo was director of UTC Climate Controls & Security’s Technology and Components, Asia, and Leader of Global Chiller Programs for Carrier. He started his UTC career with the United Technologies Research Center.
Ricardo holds multiple degrees in mechanical engineering, including a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech, as well as a joint MBA degree from New York University, Hautes Études Commerciales Paris, and the London School of Economics.
